Customer Experience Consultant
eVŌC Insights, LLC is a customer experience consulting firm that provides Web strategy, usability, and "voice of the customer" research to Fortune 1000 companies. We combine technology, market research, and expert analysis to deliver insights into the behavior, thoughts and attitudes of customers online. We have an opening in our San Francisco, CA office for a Customer Experience Consultant.
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will team up with other consultants as well as engage directly with clients in research projects that help them optimize the effectiveness of their Websites. eVŌC conducts lab-based usability testing and online research, both of which are primary responsibilities as a Customer Experience Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill client requests
- Manage participant recruiting
- Design, develop, program and QA online surveys
- Conduct quantitative, qualitative and behavioral analysis
- Present findings and detailed design / strategy recommendations
- Create material for seminars and workshops as needed
- Possibility of some travel
Requirements
Work experience and skills:
- 2 or more years work / internship experience in consulting, market research, statistical analysis, and / or Web usability
- Preferred experience in client services / business environment
- Conversant in the principles and practices of user-centered Web design
- Strong analytical skills, with very high attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
- SPSS and/or SAS preferred, but not required
- Web design and programming experience a plus
- Bachleor�s degree required
Demonstrated ability to:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
- Analyze complex Web design and business problems
- Write and speak clearly
- Deliver compelling business presentations
- Participate in client meetings
- Work effectively both independently and on a collaborative basis
