Liz has over 15 years of experience in usability research, moderation and strategy consulting. As co-founder and CEO of eVOC Insights, Liz manages partner and client relationships with leaders across industries including Pfizer, American Express, Neiman Marcus, Nestle Purina, Royal Caribbean, and Facebook. Prior to founding eVOC, Liz created and managed the custom and syndicated businesses at Vividence Corporation (acquired by Keynote Systems in 2004). Liz is an expert in user interface design and has authored and contributed to articles on customer experience that have appeared in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Business Week, Internet Retailer and the SF Chronicle. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Political Science and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
Stacey has 10+ years of experience in both technology-enabled marketing and customer experience disciplines. At eVOC, Stacey manages large-scale custom and syndicated research projects and works closely with clients across industries to provide in-depth analysis, strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Prior to eVOC, she led project teams and developed research plans to assist industry leaders in the optimization of their online channel through the measurement, management, analysis and improvement of online customer experience at Keynote Systems (formerly Vividence Corporation). At Keynote, she earned the award for Outstanding Individual Contributor to the Keynote Professional Services team in 2005, for her outstanding performance and high level of customer satisfaction. Stacey graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.
As a Managing Consultant at eVOC Insights, Anna conducts qualitative and quantitative research for eVOC’s clients. Anna has over 5 years of experience with experimental design and analysis and is skilled with statistical methods. Before joining the team at eVOC, Anna earned a PhD in Experimental Psychology from University of California, San Diego, specializing in Visual Neuroscience. At UCSD, Anna studied how attention impacts how we perceive our environment and became adept at a variety of experimental and statistical techniques. Anna’s background makes her particularly good at drawing meaningful, data-driven conclusions and formulating actionable plans for next steps. Anna also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from The George Washington University.
