
Liz has over 10 years experience in consumer research, moderating and strategy consulting. As co-founder and managing partner of eVŌC Insights, Liz manages client and partner relationships, directs the custom and syndicated business, and speaks at key industry and marketing events. Prior to founding eVŌC, Liz created and managed the custom and syndicated businesses at Vividence Corporation (acquired by Keynote Systems in 2004). Liz has authored and contributed to articles on customer experience that have appeared in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Business Week and the SF Chronicle. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Political Science and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.

Claudette's 10+ years of experience reside in operations, management, solutioning and analysis. As co-founder and managing partner of eVŌC Insights, Claudette manages client and partner relationships, directs the custom and syndicated business, and governs internal operations. Prior to eVŌC, Claudette managed a team of twenty consultants comprising the custom consulting business at Vividence Corporation (acquired by Keynote Systems in 2004). At Vividence, Claudette was instrumental in shaping the business direction and building a $10M+ national / international business. Prior to Vividence, Claudette managed consumer research for emerging markets at MEMRB International, in Budapest, Hungary. Claudette is a graduate of Haverford College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and minor in Psychology.

Cheryl's 9 years of work in high tech has focused on new business development, account and project management as well as field marketing. As the Vice President of Business Development at eVŌC Insights, Cheryl is managing marketing activities, developing new relationships and helping to grow existing accounts. Prior to eVŌC, Cheryl spent 3 years at MarketTools, Inc and was responsible for $1.5M in annual revenue. She managed the company's relationships with Hewlett-Packard, Palm, PayPal and Plantronics among others. She spent her last year co-managing the company's relationship at Microsoft and focused her time with their research and online applications groups. Prior to MarketTools, Cheryl was also at Vividence Corporation (acquired by Keynote Systems in 2004) and worked with both Claudette and Liz in evangelizing the need for user experience research in website development, building out new programs in syndicated research and working on hundreds of custom projects together. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gonzaga University.

Stacey has 8 years of experience in both technology-enabled marketing and customer experience disciplines. At eVŌC, Stacey manages large-scale custom and syndicated research projects and works closely with clients across industries to provide in-depth analysis, strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Prior to eVŌC, she led project teams and developed research plans to assist industry leaders in the optimization of their online channel through the measurement, management, analysis and improvement of online customer experience at Keynote Systems (formerly Vividence Corporation). At Keynote, she earned the award for Outstanding Individual Contributor to the Keynote Professional Services team in 2005, for her outstanding performance and high level of customer satisfaction. Stacey graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.

As Managing Consultant at eVŌC Insights, Phil conducts qualitative and quantitative research studies for eVŌC's clients across the United States. Phil has extensive experience in market research and is highly conversant with the principles and practices of user-centered Web design. Before joining eVŌC, Phil managed the Partner Marketing Program at Xora Inc., a provider of location- and Web-based services to mobile service companies. In addition to directing partner marketing strategy and development, Phil was also responsible for conducting B2B market research within Xora's Product Marketing department. Phil's experience focusing on both strategic and tactical Website objectives has revealed his unique ability to analyze complex Web design and business problems and provide clear and actionable recommendations to clients. Phil is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French.
