Liz Webb – Co-Founder, Partner
Liz has 10 years experience in consumer research and strategy consulting. For the past five years, Liz created and managed the custom and syndicated businesses at Vividence Corporation (acquired by Keynote Systems in 2004). Liz managed large-scale online competitive benchmarking studies in travel, retail, financial services, technology and automotive and also created custom market research roadmaps and ROI solutions to help clients build successful Web strategies. Prior to joining Vividence, Liz was a consultant for Kaiser Associates, where she delivered strategic business solutions to Fortune 500 clients in areas such as market entry analysis, competitive strategy, and customer loyalty.

Liz is a thought leader in customer experience management and has authored and contributed to articles that have appeared in publications such as, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the SF Chronicle and DTC Perspectives Magazine. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Political Science, and Communications from The University of Pennsylvania.

Claudette Levine – Co-Founder, Partner
Claudette’s 10 years of experience lie in operations, management, and solutioning/analysis. During her most recent 5-year stint at Vividence Corporation, she managed a team of twenty consultants comprising the custom consulting business. Claudette was instrumental in shaping the business direction and building a $10M+ national/international business. Having been directly involved as a consultant in the early days and later overseeing consulting work for over sixty Fortune 1000 customers, Claudette has informed countless redesign processes, established internal measurement standards and ROI tracking programs for customers, and helped define the strategic direction of their online channels.

Prior to Vividence, Claudette managed qualitative and quantitative consumer research testing for emerging markets at MEMRB International, in Budapest, Hungary. Additionally, she researched market trends for top consumer packaged goods companies such as Coca Cola, P&G, and Unilever. Claudette is a graduate of Haverford College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and minor in Psychology.
