Liz Webb — Co-Founder, CEO
Liz has over 15 years of experience in usability research, moderation and strategy consulting. As co-founder and CEO of eVOC Insights, Liz directs the custom and syndicated business for eVOC and manages partner and client relationships with leaders across industries including Pfizer, American Express, Neiman Marcus, Dell, Nestle Purina, Royal Caribbean, Expedia and eHarmony. Prior to founding eVOC, Liz created and managed the custom and syndicated businesses at Vividence Corporation (acquired by Keynote Systems in 2004). Liz is an expert in user interface design and has authored and contributed to articles on customer experience that have appeared in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Business Week, Internet Retailer and the SF Chronicle. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Political Science and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
Sabrina Shimada — Managing Director
As Managing Director of eVOC Insights, Sabrina leads the eVOC team and manages partner and client relationships. Sabrina has been conducting user experience research for 5+ years with Fortune 500 companies across industries, including: financial services, tech, cpg, and pharma. Sabrina has a passion for moderating research and conducting interviews, rooted in her years spent as a television host for KTSF. As Managing Director, she continues to design research studies, as well as conduct quantitative, qualitative, and behavioral analysis for top clients across the United States. Sabrina’s experience focusing on both strategic and tactical website objectives has revealed her unique ability to analyze complex web design and business problems and provide clear and actionable recommendations to clients. Sabrina graduated from Occidental College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and minor in English.
Stacey Crisler — Senior Manager, Customer Experience
Stacey has 10+ years of experience in both technology-enabled marketing and customer experience disciplines. At eVOC, Stacey manages large-scale custom and syndicated research projects and works closely with clients across industries to provide in-depth analysis, strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Prior to eVOC, she led project teams and developed research plans to assist industry leaders in the optimization of their online channel through the measurement, management, analysis and improvement of online customer experience at Keynote Systems (formerly Vividence Corporation). At Keynote, she earned the award for Outstanding Individual Contributor to the Keynote Professional Services team in 2005, for her outstanding performance and high level of customer satisfaction. Stacey graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History.
Anna Byers — Managing Consultant, Customer Experience
As a Managing Consultant at eVOC Insights, Anna manages eVOC’s syndicated research studies and conducts qualitative and quantitative research for eVOC’s clients. Anna has over 5 years of experience with experimental design and analysis and is skilled with statistical methods. Before joining the team at eVOC, Anna earned a PhD in Experimental Psychology from University of California, San Diego, specializing in Visual Neuroscience. At UCSD, Anna studied how attention impacts how we perceive our environment and became adept at a variety of experimental and statistical techniques. Anna’s background makes her particularly good at drawing meaningful, data-driven conclusions and formulating actionable plans for next steps. Anna also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from The George Washington University.
Meagan Sharif — Managing Consultant, Customer Experience
Meagan received her Masters of Science in Environmental Psychology at the University of Surrey where she used quantitative and qualitative methods to understand environmental design elements and their influence on perceptions and behavior. Her experience with design analysis in both the physical and digital environments brings an added component to her qualitative research. At eVOC, Meagan is able to use her design experience to help drive UX research. Her breadth of knowledge includes several social science fields which allows her to tailor research methods to best match the questions at hand, ultimately providing actionable insights into user perceptions and experience. Meagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Lewis and Clark College.
Jasmin Joseph — Senior Consultant, Customer Experience
As a Senior Consultant at eVOC Insights, Jasmin conducts syndicated research studies, as well as qualitative and quantitative research. Prior to joining eVOC, Jasmin completed her Masters of Science at the London School of Economics in Management & Strategy, focusing on consumer behavior and strategies of digital organizations and specifically on online customer relationship management strategies of UK apparel retail websites. Jasmin graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Molecular and Cell Biology (Neurobiology).
Claudette Levine — Co-Founder
Claudette’s 10+ years of experience reside in operations, management, solutioning and analysis. Prior to eVOC, Claudette managed a team of twenty consultants comprising the custom consulting business at Vividence Corporation (acquired by Keynote Systems in 2004). At Vividence, Claudette was instrumental in shaping the business direction and building a $10M+ national / international business. Prior to Vividence, Claudette managed consumer research for emerging markets at MEMRB International, in Budapest, Hungary. Claudette is a graduate of Haverford College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and minor in Psychology.
